About Susan

My name is Susan and I have had many years of experience with elders. I supervised and assisted with care for both of my parents in their 80-90's. I love people and am nurturing and helpful by nature. I'm warm and friendly and would be happy to be a companion for a few hours as needed. I'm not a big cook, but I'm very nurturing and love conversing, playing games and making a kind elderly person's time happier. I grew up in NYC and I can be a fill in sister/daughter or friend for a lonely elder. I love dogs, but unfortunately am highly allergic to cats. I can help some mornings hours, make a lite lunch or spend some time in the early evenings. I believe that elderly people have much to share about life and it is often very interesting and valuable. I am a very youthful baby boomer, a non smoker and have two adult children and four grandchildren. I've been happily married for over 30 yrs.
