About Susan

I am looking for a position (5 -30/hours) working with children where I can share my education and experiences. It is important to provide children with activities and experiences unique to their individual development. My philosophy is to partner with the parents about their child's individualized care. Everything revolves around communication with the family and it is important to be open, honest and transparent. My rates are $18 to $20/hour but can be negotiable. I have 30+ years of experience working with children from birth to 21+ in a variety of Early Childhood Programs. I have worked with children who had special abilities and a variety of medical conditions. I obtained my MS in Early Childhood Administration, my BS in Family Child Development and my AS in Early Childhood Education. As an Instructor/trainer, I specialized in working with infant/toddlers along with teachers and programs to increase quality services to families. I look forward to hearing from you, Let's Chat.
