I have been lucky enough to see, first hand, the effect Mrs. Susan has had on our son. She started watching him when he was 6 months old and she did everything perfect. The bottle schedules, wake times, tummy time etc. Then those turned into solid foods, teething, crawling, and walking. Through every stage, she was there with encouraging words (to him and me) and cuddles. Even as he grew to be 30 lbs she was still picking him up and keeping up with his toddler energy. Working from home, I was able to hear and see how sweet she was to him. She would sing with him and work on any milestone he was close to. She would also set up challenges for him to accomplish. He loved them! Not only was she a wonderful teacher to him, she was his friend. He would be so excited when he heard her knocking at the door. I would hear them laughing all the time and him playing different games with her. Mrs. Susan is the definition of a serving heart. If you choose her to be apart of your family you will never be disappointed. Your mind will be at ease that your child is being watched by someone that will treat them like their own. She truly is everything you want in a nanny and a friend.
