Ms Sue is a wonderful caring person. Not only is she kind and warm she is RELIABLE! You can count on Ms Sue to show up everyday and be your person. If she was unable to come she gave AMPLE notice-she never left me hanging! I switched career paths and that is the only reason why I no longer hired Ms Sue, ye she continues to check in with us, chat, and she really does care about my daughter/family.
