About Susana

Animals have always been my greatest passion, and I treat every pet in my care as if they were my own. My approach centers on your pet's comfort and happiness, whether I am reinforcing positive behaviors or helping a shy animal come out of their shell. I provide dedicated pet walking and day care services for dogs and cats, ensuring a clean, secure environment at all times. I maintain strict feeding schedules and manage high-energy breeds with active play. My background includes experience with young pets and experience with challenging pets, so I am well-prepared to meet your specific needs. In any emergency, I remain calm, follow pre-discussed plans, and communicate immediately. I am responsible, kind, and deeply empathetic. I truly love witnessing the unique quirks that make your pet special, and I look forward to treating your furry family member with the love they deserve.
