About Susan

I love working with children (infants, toddlers, preschool aged, and school aged children). I take pride in being able to read the room and meet the needs of children in my care. I am empathetic, respectful, intuitive, creative, fun, communicative, and reliable. When caring for children, I focus on social and emotional development along with meeting physical milestones through age appropriate activities, and early literacy. I have 20 years of experience in caregiving and specialize in Baby led weaning, sleep training, and routine oriented caregiving. I love sharing these moments with the parents through pictures/daily updates, and working as a team. I have vast experience in Early Childhood Education from being a nanny, preschool teacher, infant/toddler teacher in licensed facilities, to a newborn care specialist/postpartum doula, and lastly specializing in ABA with children with autism and ADHD.
