About Surnetta

Caring for children has always been a meaningful part of my life. Growing up in a large family and close-knit community, I gained early experience caring for children and learned that childcare is about more than supervision-it's about nurturing each child's growth and development. My experience includes leading youth programs and caring for infants and toddlers through my church's children's ministry. I am CPR-certified and a Mandated Reporter, and I prioritize creating a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for every child. I value building intentional relationships with children and their families, ensuring each child feels seen, respected, and confident. I take joy in encouraging children as they develop socially, emotionally, and personally, while helping them grow into kind, respectful young people of character. I believe children are our future leaders, and the care and guidance they receive today help shape who they become.
