Jaja is an amazing nanny, and I would 100% recommend her to care for your little ones. She has been a full-time nanny for my now 18-month-old baby girl since she was just 3 ½ month old. She was the perfect fit to help raise her, and addition to our home. She’s a compassionate caregiver and has taught my daughter so much in a short time. My daughters feels very safe with her and Jaja is great at engaging her in activities. From tummy time to reading, pretend play, flash cards, going for walks or playing in the play room. She has lots of positive calm yet upbeat energy that my daughter feeds off of. She’s always treated her with such care, patience, and compassion even when she is fussy. She genuinely cares for the development of your child, provides great feedback on your baby daily and takes pride in her work. My daughter has learned to talk quickly due to her time with her. For the first few months she worked with my daughter alone, and also in a nanny share and did an amazing job at managing two infants that are two months apart yet keeping them on their schedules and routines. She’s great at following daily instructions when arriving for work and planning out the day for success and keeping the baby happy. She is organized, always on time or early, and great at communicating throughout the day with fun updates on the baby’s development. She’s also a wonderful photographer providing great photo updates throughout the day of the baby which was nice and an easy way to communicate in real time knowing my baby was in good hands as a new mom. The photos she takes, I could never get my toddler to let me take, and I’m so grateful to have her share these images with me to cherish forever with my family. She’s also happy to help out with home tasks like cleaning daily to reorganizing my baby’s clothes, toys, and nursery as she continued to grow through things. She also recommends great toys and developmental items that my baby still loves to this day and is someone that you can trust. We are so grateful we found her and looking forward to continuing to work with her in the future and to have as a family friend even as my daughter starts daycare.
