Not all caregivers are created equal. I wanted to find someone with an upbeat and positive demeanor that genuinely enjoys taking care of children and Su was a delight! My daughters, ages 2 years and 3.5 years, and special needs, took to her very quickly which has not always been the case with others. My 2 year old was extremely attached and panicky with change, but within days, she showed affection to Su and that’s due to Su’s warmth and way with children. When you work with Su, you feel like she is an extension of your Family as she is easy to get along with, genuine, communicates well, open and honest, and most importantly always attentive to your child. She is responsive, uses common sense and her wealth of knowledge and experience while taking care of children/the home. I wanted to keep her long term from very early on, knowing she has a heart of gold, is a hard worker, and everything seemed way more manageable with her in my life. All of her prior experience gave wonderful reviews and I could see why in the first few days of work. She’s a keeper!
