About Summer

I just completed my first year at the University of Tennessee majoring in Elementary Education and minoring in American Sign Language. I recently got accepted into the School of Education and this past semester I was part of a service learning program at our Early Learning Center on campus at UT. Prior to College, I was a student intern at Slinger Elementary both my Junior and Senior years of High School working in both Kindergarten and 1st grade classes. A goal of mine is to work with students over the summer to help them be grade level ready for the next school year (particularly with math and reading). I love making learning fun and enjoyable for kids! I also have a flexible schedule.
