Hi, I'm Summer! I'm an experienced healthcare professional with a background in home health and hospice, hospital care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and memory care. I specialize in supporting individuals living with Alzheimer's, dementia, ALS, Parkinson's, and other complex conditions. I'm a Certified Dementia Practitioner with Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care training, Brass Ring dementia training, and certifications in phlebotomy, BLS, and First Aid through the American Heart Association.
