About Summer

I'd describe my personality as down to earth, nurturing and compassionate. I like working with kids because children are a breath of fresh air in this world. They bring so much light to darkness. Their innocence is beautiful. I'm looking for a job that if flexible but consistent. I started working with kids when I was young. I have always had a passion for caring for children, especially infants. I was the oldest of 6 and cared for my younger siblings often. I worked as a newborn photographer for two years where my number one job was to soothe newborns long enough for beautiful pictures! I also have a 9-year-old son who is the most important thing on earth to me! In my spare time, I like to take care of my family and our small homestead. We have 32 chickens, 3 dogs and 2 cats. I am trying to teach myself to bake my own bread, garden and become more self sufficient. One thing you should know about me is I am very honest and have an open heart.
