About Summer

Hi! I'm Summer, 28, and I've been working with children since I was 16. I've had the opportunity to babysit for several families with children ages 1-15, participated in a childcare work exchange in Ireland, and helped care for my 11-year-old niece, 7-year-old niece, and 1-year-old nephew since they were born. My profile says 8 years experience because that's how long I have been on the site but I have 11 years of experience! I love creating a fun, safe, and interactive environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves. As an artist, I especially enjoy arts and crafts, but I also love reading, playing games, spending time outside, and encouraging each child's hobbies, interests, and talents. I'm happy to help with homework, transportation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and anything else I can do to make your lives a little easier.
