Sumatra has a warm personality - my 7 month old in her stranger nervous phase was smiling with her after two days, and she is such a professional. We spoke on Sunday, and she was there Monday, early, and always on time from then on. Very reliable. She was able to get my 7 month old to eat solids more than she has with other care takers - another plus!
