About Subrina

Working with seniors for over 16 years has been an incredibly rewarding and enriching experience. During this time, I've had the privilege's of providing care, support , and companionship to numerous elderly individuals, and the experience of working in office as a care manager for a home care agency. I've learned a great deal from these interactions. My keys takeaways from my extensive experience in senior care are compassion and empathy- I have found that taking the time to listen to their stories, concerns and needs is invaluable. Patience - seniors may have physical limitation or cognitive challenges that require patience and understanding. Tasks that were once easy for them may become difficult, and its important to provide assistant with kindness and respect. Customized care, every senior is unique, and there care should be tailored to their individual needs and preference. I've learned to adapt my caregiving approach to each person ensuring the best care. Respect/ Safely first.
