About Subashini

Unlocking a student's unique potential drives my approach to education. With three years of experience, I specialize in supporting elementary students in Math, English, Art, and Business. I believe in fostering a love for learning by building confidence rather than relying on rote memorization. By observing how you interact with new material, I adapt my strategies--using visual aids, discussions, or hands-on activities--to fit your specific needs. I keep sessions engaging by connecting complex concepts to your personal interests and breaking challenges into manageable steps. I prioritize clear communication with parents to ensure we create a collaborative environment for your success. Watching your confidence grow as you master new skills is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to partnering with you to reach your academic goals and make learning an enjoyable journey.
