About Steve

Hello, I am Steve. I learned compassion early in life, assisting my mom living with MS. I bring with me tremendous experience in caring for my spouse thru stage 4 cancer, my father w frontal lobe dementia, and I continue care of my mother, who lives w me. I stepped into professional role in 2017, when I was hired to care full time for a wonderful retired physician, with Parkinson's and dementia. I actually lived with him, 3-4 days per week, 24hrs, for almost 2 years. I was responsible for him completely, medication management, meals, bathing, dressing, house work laundry, exercise, home maintenance, incontinence. We developed a very close friendship thru music, long walks, baseball games, wonderful conversation. Since he passed in 2019, I have cared for several other clients full time including stage 3-4 cancer, Dementia, Parkinson's and Hospice.. I am a very empathetic person, very reliable, have a good sense of humor and love my work. I have excellent references
