About Stepphaine

I've been working as a childcare provider for over a decade because I'm passionate about caring for children and helping them grow. I have an MBA with some undergraduate coursework in early child development I'm creative and imaginative, and I enjoy playing games with children, both educational and physical. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children at a time, ranging from infants to pre-teens. I'm also happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I communicate openly with parents about their child's day, following their preferred communication method. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, and I always put the safety and well-being of the children in my care first. I find great joy in supporting families and making a positive impact on the lives of the children I care for.
