With over 15 years experience caring for those with Dementia, Alzheimer's and MS, I understand the importance of responding promptly and thoughtfully to the health and wellness needs of the client and of working with families to provide and coordinate care. When working for a client, I am wholly dedicated to that person and the family. In addition to daily care, including the "activities of daily living", I offer the family member engaged conversation and varied creative activities and outings, always following their personal interests and level of ability. As a credentialed body-worker I can provide holistic body work to increase comfort and ease pain, and can assist with physical, occupational and speech therapy exercises, as needed. I deeply value the bond that develops between the care giver and the one receiving care. I am fully dedicated to the client's safety and well being, and to their physical, mental and emotional health. Compassionate care is the basis of my work.

Steve is the most amazing caregiver I encountered during all the years of caring for my dad. He is calm and engaging and truly cares about each of his patients. He specifically has a way with Alzheimer patients and is able to meet them where they are at and is able to manage the many situations that comes along with Alzheimer patients. He was always dependable, honest and trust worthy. A true gem in this field of care takers. He worked with my dad for three years until he died.
