About Stephenie

Hello, my name is Stephenie. I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). What is Occupational Therapy? Occupational therapy is teaching or enabling others to continue to do everyday activities or what is important to them in a new or different way. I work with all age groups from the young to the young at heart. I have specialized training in self-care, overall physical strengthening and mobility as well as certification to teach English as a second language. My skills allow me to work different settings and specialty fields ranging from schools, hospitals, in/outpatient rehab clinics, assisted living facilities to name a few. One of my main goals is to build confidence and improve self-esteem. When working with you and your loved one/s my first priorities are Safety at all times and collaboration. I look forward to bringing those skills and training when working with you.
