Our needs changed very drastically the day before Stephen started his assignment to care for my parents. Never the less, Stephen was flexible and willing to do what was needed to make the best of a very challenging situation with an upbeat attitude. He always communicated with the family promptly when there was an issue and worked to resolve it. He was even willing to do overnight shifts with us so my Dad could have hourly care when it was needed. We would recommend Stephen as a caregiver who sincerely attempts to provide a warm, caring environment for his clients.
