About Stephany

Stephany was my daughter's nanny for 1.5 years and was an amazing caretaker. During that time, Stephany truly became part of our family. She watched my daughter and our friend's daughter starting when they were 9 and 13 months old as part of a nanny share at our home - Tuesday-Thursday. Stephany never missed a day with the exception of approved vacations and a couple sick days. Of Stephany's strengths - and there are many - her greatest was her dedication to the girls' education and happiness. She went above and beyond to incorporate all forms of educational play (inside and outdoors), healthy meals (cooked breakfast, lunch and snacks), and was always calm under pressure. She was great at devoting her full attention to each child and balancing independent, parallel and partnered playtime. Stephany has also cared for our other friends' children over the past few years and we are so happy she was referred to us. She was an integral part of some of the girls' biggest developmental milestones from starting solids, first steps and words to potty training, and more! Stephany is truly the best and her warm, caring and inviting personality would be a welcome add to any family looking for childcare.
