We just moved to Seattle and needed a babysitter to watch our 2 year old daughter for some much needed child care while we unpacked boxes. As new parents we were very nervous but Stephan was a perfect match! She was kind and our daughter gravitated towards her right away. She loved playing with her and Stephany kept in constant communication with us. More notably however is Stephany's initiative. She asks questions about routines and goes beyond to ensure our daughter is taken care of (combing hair and styling it etc. ) We were so happy with the experience we have hired her again many times since!
