About Stephanie

Hi my name is Stephanie I first started cleaning for friends and family then from word of mouth I was picking up a lot of business more than I can handle alone so I ended up getting me 6 dependable people to work with me then my business grew I was doing very well then people started getting tired and lazy so then it broke down to only a 4 team crew but I never gave up I kept fighting like I still had a 6 team crew then it got to the point where people felt cause there was no clock to punch that they could get come when that choose or do as they please no business is business and if you can't follow them I have to let you go cause if we A team one mess up out us all behind and I loved my customers I could not have them waiting so I ended up due to lack of help had to do back to my home health aide although I enjoy both I loved the fact that I could have expanded if I had right people by my side but I'm still good at what I do and available to show my skills if needed to
