A little about me: Before becoming a parent myself, I was a career nanny in Philadelphia for 10 years. I believe in and practice gentle parenting, learning through exploration and play, and child centered parenting. I treat my little one with kindness and respect, while setting age appropriate boundaries for his safety. Our days are packed with adventure! We love to visit the zoo, library, playgrounds, hike in the woods, collect shells on the beach, etc. We love to be outside rain or shine! C, my son, has limited, if any screen time during the day. Stephanie took care of my at-the-time 2 year old son and often brought her own little one with her. The children played together wonderfully, and she treated them both equally. She occasionally cared for our son in her own home when circumstances made that more convenient, and she often took both her son and our son out on local field trips, always driving safely and providing a safe and encouraging learning environment. She is a patient and creative caregiver that we appreciate very much and would recommend without reservation. She was also always very flexible and understanding as our needs ebbed and flowed with changes at work and the addition of a new baby to our family.
