She used to nanny for our family for a year and a half and then babysat our children occasionally. We have 3 children and she handled the job with so much grace. She is extremely responsible, punctual and professional. She came to our family at the perfect time. She was great with our oldest; she'd help her with homework and tutor her. Our two youngest Maya and Gabby loved her! Stephanie and Maya would do experiments and science projects all the time. Gabby learned how to eat solids and took her first steps under Stephanie's watch. Stephanie created lesson plans for all our children that were age appropriate and fun. All three of our girls loved going to the park and exploring around the city such as museums, art exhibits etc. Every time they would go out Stephanie would send us photos and keep us posted on everything concerning our children. Her communication skills were great, definitely one of her major strengths. When it came to doing anything around the house, we never had to ask twice because she was already getting the task done; which was great. Some of the house work consisted of our girls laundry, getting groceries, bathing our youngest (if needed), making quick and easy meals along with meal prepping if time permitted. My wife and I definitely recommend her as a nanny, you will not regret it. We miss having her, she's great.
