About Stephanie

I have 2 years of experience caring for my own Grandmother after she recovered from COVID and was released from the nursing home. I also previously worked in a nursing home as a CNA in my 20's. CPR/First Aid/AED certified. First hand I know how difficult it can be to find an affordable and reliable caregiver to stay with your loved one in their home or yours! I am currently working as a yoga instructor (and I am happy to assist your loved one with staying active in any capacity they are capable of), am a certified personal trainer and take massage therapy courses during the week so I am looking for a position with a schedule that will fit both of our needs. I absolutely love the elderly and the stories and personal experience they can share. They still have a lot of life to live no matter the circumstances and we should be helping them be as happy and/or as comfortable as possible. I can help with Home Care, Feeding, Bathing/Dressing, Medication, Running errands, etc.
