Keep residents rooms clean by providing light housekeeping Document any changes in behavior and anything that needs to be on file. I Adapt to seniors needs whatever they may be. Experience with dementia and Alzheimer's so living in their reality is a must. Keeping the facility safe and clean for the residents to ensure they are free to walk around with out the risk of hurting themselves. Providing round clock checks for all residents and more often to whom may be considered, "high fall risk"! I love helping people who can't help them selves as much as they like. It makes my day and my soul happy knowing I made someones life easier and more enjoyable. I know how to provide excellent care and have a companionship while being professional.
