I've spent my life around kids--from teenage babysitting to 30+ years as a speech-language pathologist across educational settings (infants thru high school), parent of two grown sons, and grandparent of three too far away. I understand the ins and outs of children and child care, safety and development; addressing behaviors; structure and consistency; with humor, laughter, and warmth; and using fun to promote learning and development (be it through play, developmental support, or whatever your child needs).
