I am a retired nurse with 31 years of experience in all realms of the medical field, with infants through geriatrics. I was a CNA for 7 years prior to my nursing education. I'm currently providing private duty homecare and enjoy spending one on one time with clients. I have experience not limited to tube feedings, bathroom cares, med reminders/assist with administration, showering, dressing, through meal prep, domestic duties, assisting to appts/activities, running errands, & caring companionship. I understand many illnesses ranging from strokes, diabetes, Parkinson's, dementia, and skin issues to list a few. I live in Loveland, have reliable 4-wheel drive transportation (a Ford Edge, which would be rather easy to get in & out of - if transportation is needed). Am willing & able to pass a background check. I have excellent references. Currently, I am seeking PT hours. I could be a backup person. I am COVID-19 vaccinated. I look forward to hearing from you. My mom has Alzheimer's and Stephanie helped care for her for about 10 months in my mom's home. She was a voice of reason and compassion for us during difficult times. She didn't just care for my mom but befriended her and treated her as though she were her own. Stephanie helped us navigate the progression of the disease while also helping facilitate getting my mom the care she needs and managing a team of caregivers. I feel very grateful to have gotten to know Stephanie and work with her. I cannot recommend her enough and would hire her again in a heartbeat.
