Hi! I am a fine artist and naturalist with an eclectic set of skills and interests that cover a wide range of topics. I have a certifications in outdoor education, ecology and wilderness skills, as well as permaculture design, ethnobotany of the PNW, bird language, tracking, wilderness first aid, epinephrine administration, and CPR. I love the way that kids see the world, and use the coyote teaching method to encourage the development and retention of that engagement and curiosity beyond childhood. I believe that all people should be treated with respect and compassion, no matter their age, and try to approach all situations with integrity, openess, and humility. Safety and communication are of the utmost importance to me. Additionally I am experienced in caregiving for seizures/epilepsy, brain damage, neurological and physical rehab, stress and anger management, and medication distribution.
