About Stephanie

Hello, my name is Stephanie, and I am a recent graduate of Prescott College, majoring in Education and Social Justice. I moved to New York about one year ago, and began working as a nanny with a wonderful family with two boys. I worked with this particular family for about 6 months until they moved, and I then obtained my current position, as a Toddler Teacher for a local Preschool. At this position I have created a Tri lingual classroom for 10 children, ages 1-2. I facilitate developmentally appropriate curricula for toddlers, and implement classroom rules, setting individualized expectations for each student s progress, including English, Spanish and sign language acquisition, along with alphabet, shape and color learning. At the moment I am apart of the New York City Teaching Fellows, and am only available weekends.
