About Stephanie

Hi! I'm Steph, and I love working with kids of all ages and ability levels. I'm currently a Youth Services Librarian, where I plan and lead engaging programs for children, from baby lap sits and toddler storytimes to game nights and craft programs for tweens and teens. Before that, I worked as a Special Education teacher for eight years in both public and private schools, and have a deep understanding of a variety of needs. I've been caring for and working with kids for decades, starting as a camp counselor when I was 16. I also hold a Master of Education degree (2016). I'm patient, creative, and easygoing, and I enjoy creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for children. Whether it's reading together, doing crafts, playing games, or helping with routines, I'm happy to meet your child where they are. I'm comfortable with driving/transportation and happy to be around pets. I'd love to connect and see if I'd be a good fit for your family
