Stephaine is great ! I asked to meet with her prior to the schedule date and time we requested. She was quick to respond and agree to meet with us. I gave her the background of my dog during our meeting and the next day she came to take my dog out for her afternoon stroll. After there walk, she sent me a short update and a picture of my dog. It put my mind at ease to know my dog was back home and was taken care of.
