I've worked with kids my whole life! Junior mentor. Swim coach. Rehabilitation tech (special needs). Lead nursery teacher. Special needs camp staff. Daycare manager and I just finished several years as a nanny for a wonderful family! I have training in Pediatric CPR, First Aid, and SIDS, early childhood development education, a clean background check and driving record and in the last 3 years I've only called in sick twice! My teaching style is play-based and includes baby signs. My care style is consistency and understanding. Little ones have big feelings and it's our job to help them navigate those feelings in a way that makes them feel safe and loved on the good and the not so good days. The parents I've had the privilege of working with have been fantastic mentors as I learn what gentle parenting means and how to integrate that into my work with kids.

Stephanie has been fantastic to work with. She has been one of the most reliable caregivers we have worked with which is difficult to come by. She is kind, gentle and has a sweet nature, perfect for littles. We have been able to see her interacting with our babies with great kindness and love. Both our toddler and infant love her. She is flexible and willing to work with our schedules, school drop offs/pick ups ect. We have been so blessed to work with her and would recommend her to anyone we know and love.
