Stephanie has been taking care of our son (and dog) for over 4 years now. She started when our son was 6. At 6, child care is relatively easy, follow a routine laid out by us. As they age up, they adjust and have modifications, requests and demands. Stephanie was exceptional at balancing those requests, with reaching out to us to make sure that it was allowed and made sense. We're happy to have met her and known her for this long. She's a wonderful person, and you'll be incredibly glad to have her as someone who will make your loved ones feel taken care of.
