About Stephanie

I'm a parent of two grown children and a former journalist and middle school teacher. I now work as an all-around caregiver: I take care of pets, children, and seniors. When I babysit, I like to bring along age-appropriate books and games to entertain and educate the children. I have also cared for three Alzheimer's/dementia patients over the past two years, doing everything from preparing meals, helping with toileting and running errands. I'm also a dog walker, pet sitter, and house sitter. I walk and take care of dogs of all types and sizes, and I've been taking care of cats for years.
