Hi! I'm Steph! I'm a caring, patient, and dependable childcare provider with 5 years of experience with children of all ages. I was an au pair, caring for two young siblings from 6 mos and 2 yrs old, and I also have childcare experience in Peru. I believe great childcare is about creating a safe, calm, and loving environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to grow. I have completed Early Child Development coursework, I'm First Aid trained, and I hold a college degree. I love outdoor activities, sports, reading, puzzles, creative and educational games, preparing healthy meals and keeping children's routines consistent. I always respect each family's parenting style, household rules, routines, and communication preferences.
