About Stella

When I was 13 years old I got CPR and First Aid certified and started to look for my first job. I became a mothers helper for a 6-month-old girl and a one and a half year old boy. After a while, I became their full time babysitter and I babysat for them until they were 3 and almost 2, and then my parents moved. I would clean the playroom, do dishes, laundry, vacuum, sweep, feed the kids, play with them, take them on walks, play outside, and put them to bed. They would always be waiting at the door for when I arrived screaming my name and running around the house. I prided myself on being their favorite caretaker. In addition to that, I sat children from newborns to age 13 for a number of other families from 2011 - present, performing tasks such as changing diapers throughout the night (for one disabled mother), walking, bathing, feeding, overseeing naps, changing clothes, etc. My biggest joy comes from feeling like part of the family for whom I am working.
