About Steffany

Hi there! I've been working with children for two years as an Au Pair. In my first year, I cared for four children ages 1, 3, 6, and 8, which helped me become very skilled at managing different routines, personalities, and energy levels. In my second year, I cared for 11-year-old twins with ADHD and Autism. Recently, I worked in California as a live-out nanny for two children ages 7 and 9, helping with school pick ups, homework, meals, and after school activities. One thing I'm most proud of is my ability to adapt to each child's personality and needs, whether that means being playful and energetic, patient and calming, or helping maintain structure and routine. I'm responsible, caring, organized, and always ready to support families in whatever way is most helpful. I speak advanced English and am fluent in Brazilian Portuguese. I'm a confident driver, CPR and First Aid certified, and I have strong references available upon request.
