Steffany has been an absolutely amazing nanny for my son, and I cannot recommend her enough. She took such great care of him and was always incredibly reliable, communicative, and punctual, which was especially important with my hectic work schedule and needing to be at work on time. She truly cared about my son’s well-being and development. She followed his routines consistently, helped continue his potty-training schedule, and was very understanding about the limits I wanted to keep around nap time. My son absolutely loved being in her care and always looked forward to their playtime and snack-time routines together. Steffany is patient, understanding, smart, kind, and sweet. She created such a positive and loving environment for my son, and I always felt completely comfortable leaving him with her. Over time, she felt more like a friend than just a nanny. Any family would be lucky to have her.
