About Stefanie

Hi! My name is Stefanie. I have been working in child care for over half my life, with every age from 6-weeks-old to 18-years-old. I have been a babysitter, camp counselor, part-time nanny, one-on-one aide, and teacher. I have also watched children and pets for an extended period of time while their parents were on vacation. I am very organized, reliable, and communicative. Also, as a certified teacher, multi-tasking comes naturally to me. When your child(ren) is/are with me, their screen time will be limited unless you direct me otherwise. I am very energetic and believe in both keeping them active as well as engaging their mind. I enjoy outings, crafts, playing sports with older children, and getting down on the floor to play with younger children. Lastly, I believe almost everything is an opportunity to learn (especially for pre-school-aged children); from locomotor skills at the park, to the effects of mixing primary colors during art, to strategizing during a board game.
