About Starr

I am an energetic, sometimes loud, but very attentive person. I've raised four successful humans. Until recently, I didn't know what my "calling" was. I found it, and it's caretaking. The stories our elderly tell and the lessons other sweet humans give are so rewarding. I am medication certified. CPR certified, willing, and looking for more education to help me help you. I have worked as a house manager for the other staff, managing the hours, meds, doc appts, food shopping, and more. I know how to use the sit-to-stand and the Hoyer. I am looking for private home care. I am highly organized and a team player. I have worked with Alzheimer's, dementia, paraplegia, hospice, and more.
