I spent the last 1. 5 years caring for an older woman in all aspects. I have a great work ethic and will help anyway that I can around the house. I follow directions. No phone time during work. 12 years of care for my aging family, is what brought me to caregiving as a career. My mother had cancer, strokes, & my grandmother had Alzheimers. My father just aged out. He had the pain of joints wearing out. All ended up in wheelchairs with assistance needs in bathing, toiletting, meals, medication management (I have a great system). I'm a nurturing and very patient person. My closeness with family gave me a special understanding of what clients are going through. Respecting independence, personal preference, and wisdom is very important. I treat clients like family. Trustline is a full fingerprint background check, and I am in their registry.
