Supporting the independence and well-being of seniors is my true passion. I have dedicated myself to providing reliable, compassionate care that allows families to feel at ease. I am patient, calm, and approachable, which helps me earn the trust of those I support. My background includes CPR Training and First Aid Training, hundreds of hours in a physical therapy, BS in education, 30 years teaching experience , years of premedical sciences, and a Health Coach Certificate. I am comfortable adapting to changing routines or de-escalating stressful situations to ensure a peaceful environment. Whether I am assisting with mobility, managing medications, or preparing meals, I prioritize clear communication through daily reports and regular updates. I believe that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and kindness.
