I've helped build a preschool from the ground up and had the joy of caring for my grandson throughout his first year of life. Staci is an absolute gem of a human and was phenomenal with our high-energy 3 y/o. She is very professional, safety-conscious, fun, & communicative. She facilitated all sorts of developmentally-appropriate activities & outings for our daughter when we needed help for a week between the end of summer camp and beginning of preschool. Our daughter is very extroverted, precocious in some ways & possibly neurodivergent (manifesting with such traits/tendencies as being hyper-verbal/talking *incessantly*), is in the process of dropping her nap/boycotting it most days, and broadly dealing with several transitions aside from starting preschool. All that to say she has been more exhausting to care for at times, but if Staci was worn out by her at all she certainly didn't show it. If you are looking for a kind, reliable engaging caregiver, Staci would be a wonderful choice!
