Nurturing children and supporting families through reliable, compassionate care is my true passion. With three years of experience, I provide attentive support for up to two children, ranging from infants to pre-teens. My approach is patient, creative, and calm, ensuring every child feels secure and engaged. I love facilitating outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities that spark curiosity. Since I am a skilled swimmer, I am happy to provide expert supervision during water play. I hold current CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications for your peace of mind. I prioritize your preferences for household rules and maintain clear communication through your chosen method. Whether I am preparing healthy meals or assisting with crafts, my goal is to make a positive impact on your family's daily life. I look forward to meeting your little ones and becoming a trusted part of your home.

It is our absolute pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Stacia T, who has been our family's full-time nanny for the past two years. Stacia began caring for our son when he was just three months old, and has been an essential, trusted part of our household ever since. As he transitions to school, I am confident that any family lucky enough to hire Stacia next will benefit tremendously from her care. Over the past two years, Stacia's responsibilities went well beyond basic childcare. Each day, she managed his full routine: preparing his breakfast and meals (including her wonderful, healthy smoothies), getting him dressed and ready for the day with positive affirmations, taking him on outings to the park and zoo, and settling him down for naps, reading him books — including the days he needed her to sit and hold him until he fell asleep. She also took on age- appropriate teaching, building lesson plans and activities to help him learn his ABCs, counting, colors, and vocabulary, along with painting, coloring, and other crafts. Beyond childcare, Stacia contributed to the smooth running of our home through light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and cooking. As first-time parents, we often felt overwhelmed and unsure of what to do — but Stacia was always calm, even when we weren't, offering guidance without ever overstepping. That's a rare thing when it comes to someone in your home caring for your child. What sets Stacia apart is her reliability and independence. She is dependable in every sense of the word — she doesn't need hand-holding or oversight to know what needs to be done, and we still trust her enough to list her as an emergency contact for him today. She is diligent, engaging, and genuinely invested in our child’s development; his advanced skills for his age are, in large part, a testament to the time and intention she has put into teaching him. Stacia has also shown remarkable adaptability during genuinely difficult circumstances. When our home underwent construction to repair structural rot, she worked through the noise and disruption without missing a beat — finding creative ways to help Liam nap despite the sound, and relocating their entire day's activities to another space so she could keep watching him while I worked. Through that period, as well as a move 40 minutes further from her and other last-minute changes, she remained steady, flexible, and focused on his comfort and routine. Just as meaningfully, she has helped build his confidence and independence, using daily affirmations and gentle encouragement to help him do things on his own. I recommend Stacia without reservation for any full-time nanny position. She is trustworthy, skilled, warm, and truly cares for the children in her charge as if they were her own. Any family would be fortunate to have her. Please feel free to reach out to me directly with any questions. Leave message for contact number. Jax & Jeff Forever grateful parents
