Interviewed her & talked to her on the phone several times; We wanted to hire her as a house cleaner every two weeks (she was listed for it in Care.com at the time) but then she 'ghosted' us. Never gave us a reason, just completely ghosted us. (You can't be considered punctual or dependable if you never even show up for the job.)
