About Souad

BEWARE!! Souad presents extremely well. We called three of her references that confirmed this. Unfortunately, she is also very dishonest and will lead families along in the hiring process. We met with her and agreed verbally and by text to start two days later on a Monday at 10am. She was extremely reassuring that she wanted to move forward with us because of a shared cultural background. Because of her reassurance, we officially let go of our current nanny, who had reliability concerns, but was great with our son. Souad pushed for a soon-as-possible start date, citing her financial situation (we were not urgently looking to hire a replacement nanny, as we were trying to ensure the right fit). At 10:01am that Monday, she texted that her husband has forced her to go with another family. This was very deceptive, and left us without childcare indefinitely. For those considering hiring her, please be very careful of her leading you along and being deceptive in her assurances. Our mistake for being so trusting, she is a skilled liar!
