About Soraya

My name is Soraya , and I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. I believe everyone deserves patience, kindness, dignity, and respect. My passion began in high school while serving as Vice President of Best Buddies at Cinco Ranch High School, where I promoted inclusion and built meaningful relationships with students with disabilities. Today, I work as a Behavioral Technician providing ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 7 years. I also have experience supporting nonverbal adolescents and young adults (ages 15-25) and served as a Shift Lead at Howdy Homemade Ice Cream, working alongside adults with autism. My goal is to create a safe, encouraging environment where individuals can build confidence, independence, and reach their fullest potential while providing families with compassionate, dependable care.
